This role serves as a link between HR functions and technical resources by gathering requirements from functional users to translate their needs into technical parameters to aid in the accurate delivery and implementation of HR technology solutions. A key aspect is partnering with stakeholders to prioritize projects aligned with business strategy and objectives, considering resource and time limitations. The ideal candidate will apply lean methodologies, continuous improvement concepts, and a consultant mindset to drive efficiency, improve processes, and support the strategic goals of HR and the broader organization. The individual in this role will develop a deep understanding of diverse HR and business functions through collaboration to achieve organizational goals.

Principle Duties And Responsibilities
Interface between functional users and technical resources to gather, translate, and communicate requirementsPrioritize projects with peers, leaders, and cross-functional partners; plan around limitationsAnalyze HR data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvementPerform ongoing reviews of business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop optimization strategiesEnsure process documentation is created and kept up to date (SOPs, job aids, etc.)Evaluate potential system solutions considering efficacy, effort, alternatives, and downstream impactsBuild and maintain project roadmap for supported functionsLead projects aimed at optimizing HR systems, tools, and proceduresCoordinate testing and validation for technology implementationsApply continuous improvement concepts to existing processes and configurationsApply lean methodologies to remove wasted steps and create efficiencyDevelop reporting (in partnership with HRIS) to support required business process analysisAssist leaders with managing change to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologiesIdentify inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve HR processes and workflowsMaintain up-to-date records reflecting changes and improvementsRequired Experience
5+ years of experience in Human Resources, IT, or other functions with transferrable skills2+ years of experience focused on corporate program management or technology project leadership2+ years experience in Workday or similar complex cloud-based HR software1+ years of experience in organizational efficiency and continuous improvement preferredRequired Leadership Traits And Characteristics

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management or related field or equivalent experienceCertification in a recognized continuous improvement or organizational efficiency methodology preferred (Lean Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, Kaizen, etc.)Base Pay Range $72,000 - $110,000 per year. This range may vary based on location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may be affected by overtime, incentives, and other factors.
