Physician (MD/DO) - Emergency Medicine in Alabama
Great AL Emergency Medicine opportunity for Supplemental
coverage from 6 / 1 / 24 and ongoing.
One provider requested, will accept multiples.
Outpatient
Primarily looking for a provider(s) to cover night shifts.
Prefer providers that can work a minimum of 8-10 shifts / mo.
No Call
Shift : night shift, 7p-7a
PPS : 18-22
21 Bed. Dept.
24 hrs. of Doc coverage; 20 hrs. of APP coverage daily
Admissions required, 20% Admission rate.
Need to be comfortable with high acuity and see two patients
per hour.
Support Staff : 1 PA / NP, 1 Office staff
24 hr. Support Services available at facility.
Newborn deliveries are not received in ED.
Do have a L&D Dept.
Locum required to supervise APPs.
EMR : MedHost
Expenses covered, weekly pay and Occurrence Form
Malpractice insurance provided.
