The Role :
As the Assistant Manager, Revenue Operations GM Envolve OnStar, you will play a key role developing, executing strategic revenue programs that drive subscription performance, operational efficiency and business growth for our Fleet & Commercial audiences. This is a highly strategic and cross-functional role where you will be responsible for ensuing alignment between sales, finance, marketing, and customer success teams to run efficient programs, optimizing systems, synthesizing data to bring insights forward through KPI reporting.

What You'll Do :
- Lead the creation and implementation of acquisition sales strategies for Fleet & Commercial customers into OnStar plans, driving business growth.
- Partner with finance, sales, and marketing to develop accurate revenue forecasts and track progress against targets.
- Analyze data, identify channel customer pain points, then adapt our approach to improve trial starts, revenue, trial to paid conversion and attach rate growth.
- Partner with data and analytics team members to develop dashboards and visualizations to track sales performance, behavior, marketing effectiveness, and customer success metrics.
- Provide regular reporting on the health of the revenue pipeline, highlighting risks and opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team to define and improve our KPIs.
- Partner with the OnStar Dealer (Field, Operations & Performance) teams to increase channel performance.

Bachelor Degree in business or related field is required4+ years' experience in automotive subscription services, B2B revenue operations, consulting, SaaS, or fleet managementProven ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategiesProven track record of driving revenue, operational efficiency and growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentSuccessfully launched, executed and managed programs spanning every stage of the revenue lifecycleWhat will give you an edge :

The expected base compensation for this role is : $102,000 - $135,900.
