Make an Impact in a Mission-Driven Finance Team Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for leading teams and driving financial clarity? Join us as Director of Revenue Accounting, where you'll lead a high-performing team responsible for managing revenue accounting processes for our U.S. Generic products portfolio. This is a key leadership role that blends technical accounting expertise with cross-functional collaboration, innovation, and mentorship.
What You'll Do As Director, you'll be at the center of our revenue accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, supporting audits, and enhancing our Gross to Net (GTN) forecasting and analytics for Generic products portfolio. You'll work closely with teams across Finance, Commercial Operations, Pricing, and Customer Administration to deliver insights that shape product strategy and profitability.
How You'll Spend Your Day Key Responsibilities : Lead and mentor a team responsible for monthly and quarterly close activities, including review of new contracts, complex account reconciliations, quarterly analytics and controls ensuring compliance with US GAAP and internal policies. Responsible for the analysis and reporting of sales reserves and GTN liabilities. Drive improvements in daily revenue reporting and profitability analytics. Partner with Forecasting, Commercial Operations, Pricing and AR teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of GTN-related accounting. Develop and maintain financial models to support GTN forecasting and sensitivity analysis. Leverage automation tools and technologies to improve data accuracy, reduce manual effort, and enhance reporting capabilities. Lead external audit and internal reporting requirements for Generics portfolio. Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver product performance insights. Champion process improvements and scalable tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Your Experience and Qualifications Any equivalent combination of education, training, and / or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered. Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Gross to Net. 5+ years of team leadership experience. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to engage with senior leadership and external auditors. Preferred Qualifications : CPA or MBA. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Familiarity with SAP ERP systems. Deep understanding of US GAAP.
Compensation Data The annual starting salary for this position is between $155,000 $195,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography / market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
