Trivedi & Khan is seeking an associate attorney for our commercial litigation practice. The firm has a robust commercial litigation practice handling many types of cases, including contract, fraud, UCC, tort defense, civil rights, trademark, partnership disputes, and more.
This is a valuable opportunity to be involved in all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, depositions, motion practice, and trials.
The candidate must have 1 or more years of experience in civil litigation. Experience in written and oral advocacy, brief writing, and court work is a plus.
This position also requires strong research and analytical skills, as well as a strong work ethic. Attorney must be licensed to practice law in Illinois.
The firm includes offices in Chicago, IL and Schaumburg, IL. Competitive compensation package varies with experience and includes benefits (health insurance, IRA plan, and more).
