OPPORTUNITY :

A Bridge to Achievement seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) for our Pineville, NC region. We are looking for a BCBA who is passionate about providing ethical, assent-based, evidence-based interventions to autistic children and autistic young adults (ages 2 to 21 years). The BCBA assesses, designs, and oversees ABA services under the supervision of our Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA).

Our services are mainly center-based, with a few home and / or community sessions if needed.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Complete assessment and treatment plans for service authorizations
• Create programs and teaching plans in our electronic records management system
• Provide supervision to behavior technicians and trainees
• Prepare and facilitate on-the-job staff training / program modeling
• Provide caregiver training
• Travel to learners' homes if needed

6- Advanced Technology – Behavior technicians upload data to our electronic records management system daily, making it easy for you to collect, analyze and utilize data to make effective programming decisions. We also utilize virtual / online assessment portals for our learners (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, EFL, AFLS, etc.), although we also have paper and pencil formats for any old-school BCBAs.

Compensation Range : $70,000 - $103,000
