The Director of Marketing will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for shaping the firm's brand strategy, managing a $1-2M marketing budget, and overseeing both digital and community-driven initiatives. This role will build and lead a marketing department, manage vendor relationships, and drive campaigns that generate qualified leads, strengthen client experience, and amplify the firm's presence across Virginia.
