A company is looking for a Network Operation Center Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support for hosted customers and public cloud implementations
Perform root cause analysis and manage escalated support cases
Log and document issues in the issue tracking system and provide feedback for product improvement
Required Qualifications
Four-year college degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or Desktop Support
Strong knowledge of operating systems (Linux / Windows / VMware) and networking fundamentals
Experience with ticketing systems (JIRA / Salesforce / Remedy) and document collaboration tools (Confluence / Wiki)
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
