We're looking for Buyers who are passionate about discovering product, negotiating deals, and driving business results in a dynamic off-price retail model.In this role, you'll be part of a global merchant organization that sources, secures, and delivers product to stores year-round. Buyers are in the market 52 weeks a year-building relationships, chasing opportunities, and ensuring product hits the floor within weeks, not months. This is a "chase business" role where speed, strategy, and curiosity are key.You'll manage and grow relationships with a diverse vendor base of over 20,000 global partners, constantly scouting new opportunities while nurturing existing relationships. Responsibilities : Identify, negotiate, and purchase product across a range of categories, from apparel and beauty to home décor, tech, and beyond.Stay on top of trends and market shifts to secure in-demand merchandise at the right value.Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to align buying strategy with business goals.Cultivate and expand vendor partnerships to drive both short-term wins and long-term opportunities.Operate in a fast-moving, high-volume environment where every day brings something new.
