A nationally respected design firm is looking for a Senior Architect with the experience and leadership skills to guide complex projects and mentor emerging talent. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on big-picture thinking while staying grounded in technical precision and collaborative teamwork.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead the design and technical execution of large, complex architecture projects
• Collaborate with Project Managers to develop staffing plans, schedules, and deliverables
• Present design and technical solutions to clients with confidence and clarity
• Provide mentorship and support to junior architects and coordinators
• Oversee all architectural phases—from schematic design through construction administration
• Conduct quality control reviews, ensure code compliance, and manage permit approvals
• Attend OAC meetings, site visits, and support the construction administration process
