Project Architect

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Architect to join their growing Dallas team. The firm is experiencing rapid expansion driven by several high-profile, large-scale developments. Responsibilities
- Lead project execution from initial concept through construction documentation to ensure design excellence and high-quality deliverables.
- Prepare and negotiate contract terms and complete comprehensive contract packages.
- Coordinate and guide cross-functional project teams, including internal staff and external consultants, to maintain alignment and workflow efficiency.
- Develop project schedules and manage timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
- Create strategic project plans aligned with client objectives and firm standards.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, job costs, manpower projections, and overall financial performance.
- Lead and oversee the preparation of detailed code and zoning analyses.
- Use strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to address project issues and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
- Direct and support internal and external project team members throughout all project phases.
Requirements
Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.5–10 years of experience across all phases of architectural practice, with strong experience in complex commercial, multifamily, and / or industrial / manufacturing projects.Architectural Registration preferred.LEED accreditation preferred.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office is required.Experience in SketchUp, Photoshop, or 3ds Max is a plus.
