An established multi-disciplined firm is looking to add a Lead Architect / Senior Architect with a focus on Industrial projects to their Dallas team! This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities :

• Manage projects to ensure budget, schedule, and scope requirements are met.
• Meet / exceed client expectations
• Coordinate staffing needs with the Project Manager including staffing needs responsibilities, and project team members performance
• Ensure quality standards are met through tracking of project milestones / deliverables
• Prepare regular status reports
• Facilitate / document meetings with clients and staff
• Coordinate work of personnel, vendors, and consultants
• Assist with business development duties (client interviews / RFP responses)
• Assist with client contract negotiations
• Manage change requests / approve plan modifications
• Prepare accurate project invoices that align with work deliverables
• Manage account receivables

Requirements :

Salary is commensurate with experience.
