This individual will play a critical role in developing long-term customer relationships, generating new business, and offering HVAC solutions that meet client needs. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in HVAC mechanical services.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs / Sheets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
