Job Title : Senior UX Designer

Location : Hybrid – 4 days onsite in Atlanta, GA

Employment Type : W2 Contract through January 31, 2026 (with potential for extension)

Pay Range : $55.00–$60.00 / hr (dependent on experience, location, and client requirements)

About the Role :

Synergis is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join a fast-paced, high-priority initiative at a major enterprise client. This role is ideal for a senior-level designer with strong proficiency in design systems, a flexible mindset, and a passion for collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You’ll partner closely with engineers and product managers to execute against a dynamic backlog, adapting to evolving priorities driven by upper leadership. This is a hands-on and strategic design role with mentorship and leadership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver end-to-end UX design solutions using established design systems and responsive UI best practices
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to execute on a fast-moving product backlog
• Mentor and coach junior UX team members, helping align talent to project needs
• Lead planning activities, define testing strategies, and drive organizational alignment around UX
• Conduct usability testing and deliver polished UX artifacts for customer-facing digital products
• Ensure consistency across product experiences and help integrate efforts into cohesive user journeys

Requirements :

Preferred Qualifications :

The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $55.00 to $60.00 / hr.
