Job Description

Lead full-cycle project management for complex interior construction projects

Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors

Provide strategic oversight and direction to project teams and field operations

Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and contractual requirements

Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and team performance

Mentor junior staff and contribute to leadership development within the organization

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field

8+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong focus on interiors and build-outs

Proven success managing high-profile, multi-million dollar projects in urban environments

Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Advanced proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)

Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure
