ABOUT YOU

We are seeking a Product Owner / Business Analyst to join our growing Management Consulting team where you can apply your analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to help clients shape and deliver exceptional digital products and this role you will bridge business needs with technology solutionstranslating ideas into actionable plans defining requirements and ensuring teams stay aligned on outcomes that drive real business value. You will learn and understand our clients goals collaborate closely across teams and contribute to initiatives that improve both customer and employee experiences.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define and deliver product goals requirements and success metrics.
• Translate business needs and customer insights into clear user stories acceptance criteria and product backlog items.
• Support product strategy and roadmap development by gathering data conducting analysis and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with designers developers and stakeholders to ensure product solutions align with business and user needs.
• Facilitate workshops working sessions and demos to drive clarity and alignment across teams.
• Contribute to the creation of project documentationsuch as journey maps process flows and release plans.
• Analyze market or competitive trends to inform decision-making and product direction.
• Prepare presentations and reports that communicate progress insights and recommendations.
