Job Summary :
The Transition Consultant supports financial professionals as they join the firm by providing guidance, personalized transition planning, and hands-on support throughout the onboarding process. This role consults with financial professionals on business needs, including products, platforms, and clearing firm options, while analyzing their business mix to create customized transition plans that ensure a smooth and efficient move to Cambridge.
The Transition Consultant is also responsible for delivering training on products, services, procedures, and policies, while maintaining training resources and guides. Acting as a central point of contact, this role collaborates with internal departments and external partners to address concerns, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for new financial professionals.

Education & Experience :
The ideal candidate will bring an intermediate level of experience in a customer support role, ideally within the financial services industry.
Compensation & Benefits :
Compensation : $45,000-$60,000 Salary plus incentive compensation based on successful completion of acquisitions.
