This is a full-time, salaried leadership opportunity based out of our Scripps Corporate office in La Jolla and will manage projects for our Encinitas campus and Clinic locations. This position is eligible for Scripps annual Management Incentive Compensation Plan for FY25.

The Project Manager of Facilities, Design and Construction will provide a broad range of facilities construction project planning, management and analytical services to support strategic multi-disciplinary, enterprise-wide Scripps projects. Provides standardized methodologies, applications, interfacing, infrastructure and process re-design expertise that leads to successful implementation of moderate and large, multi-million dollar projects. Applies knowledge of emerging technologies, resource allocation, capital and operating budget forecasting, development, documentation and status reporting.
Position Pay Range: $52.71-$78.19/hourIn compliance with the California Pay Transparency Act, Scripps Health posts the pay range for all jobs. Please note that actual pay will be determined based on relevant experience and internal equity within the pay range. Please also note this range is applicable for employees who reside in California only. A geographical pay differential may be applied for remote employees who reside out of state.
