Assist with accurate invoicing and billable charges completed in a timely manner. Will update accounting records with issued invoices, processed payments, new balances and customer information. Essential Functions MS Office : Word, Excel & PowerPoint Familiar with invoice or billing process Electronic filing and paper filing daily Will communicate daily with Billing Manager on issues, concerns and problems
