Job description$40 - $50 / hour + Benefits (Medical, PTO, ETC) Night shift differential Oversee nursing staff and daily nursing operations during assigned shifts Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders Monitor patient conditions and report changes to medical staff Ensure accurate documentation in patient records Support new staff training and mentoring Respond to emergency situations and incidents Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient care planning Provide compassionate and individualized care in alignment with clinical protocols Current RN licensure in good standing 2+ years of experience in nursing, behavioral health or substance use treatment preferred Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred Excellent communication and critical thinking skills Commitment to patient advocacy and ethical practice Passion for helping individuals recover and thrive
