Sr. SQL DBA (Azure)

Job DescriptionThe Sr. SQL Server DBA will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, support and performance of critical SQL Server RDBMS systems, to ensure the availability and consistent performance of county applications.

They will also help with technically lead future projects of migrations to new SQL versions and eventually into the Cloud.

Azure experience is the platform of choice but experience in other cloud platforms may work as well. Other duties include providing application support for server based applications.

This is a "hands-on" position requiring solid technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
