Alpert JFS is looking for a skilled Facilities Supervisor to be responsible for the Agency’s three facilities to include repairs, safety, vendor relationship and general maintenance. This is a hands on position.

Essential Responsibilities :

Vendor & Contractor Management

• Act as the primary liaison for external service providers including electricians, plumbers, landscapers, janitorial, security, fire protection, and alarm system companies.
• Supervise and coordinate on-site work of external contractors; escort vendors as required.
• Obtain quotes, review scopes of work, and manage vendor performance.
• Oversee lease relationships and manage communications with landlords or property managers for leased spaces.
