Southeast P&C Team Leader

A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Team Leader for the Southeast Region.

Key Responsibilities

Provide guidance and support to Commercial Account Managers and assign daily tasks

Train, coach, and guide team members on performance and improvement

Support new business and renewal workflows, including client research and underwriting information gathering

Required Qualifications

2+ years of supervisory experience

5+ years of commercial lines insurance agency / brokerage experience

2+ years recent experience using AMS360

An active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
