Real Property Services Projects Manager

This position is located with Bonneville Power Administration (BPA), in Real Property Operations (TERO), Real Property Services (TER), Transmission Engineering & Technical Services (TE), Transmission Services (T). A successful candidate in the Real Property Services Projects Manager position will oversee TER's Appraisal Services, Land Title and Records Office, BPA's and Sustain Program, and TER Operations.

Responsibilities As a Real Property Services Projects Manager, you will :

• Responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
• Provide leadership and direction for technical staff, setting effective agenda and ensuring performance goals are met.
• Provide program improvement direction and oversight to a staff of federal employees and contractors engaged in delivering Real Property Services to Project Managers engaged in planning and executing construction projects.
• Serve as a mentor, coach and guide to the TER Management and Supervisory staff, particularly with regards to TER's business transformation.
• Assign work to subordinates based on priorities, selective consideration of the difficulty and requirements of assignments, and the capabilities of employees.
• Oversight of the sustainment of organizational improvement projects following implementation.

Key Requirements :

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS A qualified candidate's resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position is defined as : Developing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive strategic plans and policies for Real Property Services, and managing Real Property Services Projects, ensuring timely, budget-compliant delivery.
