Real Property Services Projects Manager
This position is located with Bonneville Power Administration (BPA), in Real Property Operations (TERO), Real Property Services (TER), Transmission Engineering & Technical Services (TE), Transmission Services (T). A successful candidate in the Real Property Services Projects Manager position will oversee TER's Appraisal Services, Land Title and Records Office, BPA's and Sustain Program, and TER Operations.

Key Requirements :
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS A qualified candidate's resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position is defined as : Developing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive strategic plans and policies for Real Property Services, and managing Real Property Services Projects, ensuring timely, budget-compliant delivery.
Education There are no specific education requirements or substitution of education for experience for this position.
