Commercial Relationship Specialist-Francise Finance & Healthcare
At UMB Bank, the Commercial Relationship Specialist provides a highly skilled level of support to Relationship Managers and clients within Commercial Banking while maintaining and supporting the development of relationships with customers and internal partners. Primary responsibilities include assisting Relationship Manager(s) by performing daily support activities related to client relationships and keeping the respective Relationship Manager informed when appropriate. The specialist acts as a point of contact for Commercial Banking clients for all servicing requests related to client relationship, manages post-closing requirements, works closely with Treasury Management team to onboard new Deposit Account and Treasury Services for clients, and maintains client records for both loan and deposit accounts. Additionally, the specialist provides professional and courteous customer service while answering questions, researching issues, and providing resolutions as needed. They facilitate loan payoffs and collateral release requests, assist with analysis refund requests, facilitate no-pin wires, assist with transfers, handle customer overdraft communication and decisioning, and provide and assist with loan and deposit account information / documentation.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and three years general banking experience or a bachelor's degree and two years banking or client support experience. The posted compensation range represents UMBs standard for this role, but the actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience level, and other job-related factors.
