Job Overview
We are seeking an AI Infrastructure Specialist to provide advanced technical support, system administration, and operational management across AI, cloud, and end-user environments. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of AI infrastructure, user systems, identity platforms, and enterprise applications.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in troubleshooting, infrastructure operations, identity management (Azure AD / Entra ID), and supporting AI / automation tools within enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities AI & Infrastructure Support
Support AI-based applications, models, and pipeline environments, ensuring stable performance.
Troubleshoot system, GPU / CPU, and compute-related issues impacting AI workloads.
Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of AI development tools and frameworks.
Technical Support & Operations
Provide advanced technical support across hardware, software, networks, and enterprise tools.
Diagnose and resolve complex issues on desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Perform routine system health checks, updates, and performance optimization.
Identity & Access Management
Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions through Azure Active Directory / Entra ID .
Support identity and access workflows for cloud-based and AI-integrated applications.
Ensure access control, security compliance, and identity governance.
Application & Environment Management
Support deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of enterprise and AI applications.
Ensure compliance with licensing and organizational policies.
Assist with versioning, integrations, and environment setup for AI tools.
Infrastructure Maintenance
Maintain hardware / software reliability and coordinate vendor repairs or replacements.
Monitor infrastructure availability and support AI system uptime.
Assist with optimizing infrastructure for AI workloads.
Documentation & Training
Create documentation, configuration guides, and operational runbooks.
Provide user training on new tools, AI-enabled systems, and infrastructure upgrades.
Maintain detailed and accurate knowledge base articles.
Customer Service & Collaboration
Deliver exceptional support to internal teams and AI users.
Translate technical issues into clear, understandable solutions.
Collaborate with engineering, cloud teams, and data teams to support AI initiatives.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in IT support, infrastructure operations, or end-user computing.
Strong knowledge of Windows & macOS environments.
Experience with Azure Active Directory / Entra ID , IAM, and identity governance.
Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting and enterprise application support.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based business applications.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
High attention to detail, documentation, and process accuracy.
Diploma or degree in Computer Science , IT, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills
Experience supporting cloud environments or AI / ML-enabled applications .
Familiarity with automation tools, scripting (PowerShell / Python), or deployment tools.
Understanding of enterprise infrastructure, GPU systems, or model-serving environments.
Exposure to ITIL practices, incident management, and enterprise operations.
