Responsibilities

• Preparing documents that are needed to accompany the driver / customer for DOT purposes
• Shipping orders in the data entry system
• Entering production receipts into inventory
• Printing new pick tickets out to be dispersed to the pickers & dispersing them to the correct person
• Getting rate quotes from LTL carriers & calling LTL carriers in to come pick up orders
• Interacting with drivers & customers when they arrive to pick up an order & directing them
