The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales person who is comfortable generating sales lead with new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. This candidate will be able to understand a prospective client's needs and offer ideal solutions in the HVAC, Controls and MEP field. Customers are Commercial, Goverment and Instututional Sectors.

The client is an established commercial mechanical contractor $80MM in revenue, headquartered in Northern Virginia, providing preventive maintenance contracts, service, new HVAC equipment and plumbing installation as well as retrofit to federal agencies and commercial clients.
The Pay : -
$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 Bas e + Doubles in Commissions + $800-$900 monthly car allowanc e + extensive benefits.
The role : -
Sells services to existing and potential commercial customers, to obtain commercial preventive maintenance agreements, service repairs and replacement sales that are competitive and profitable.
