Opportunity Snapshot :
- Compensation : $45-54.00 / hour
- Location : Mont Belvieu, TX
- Work Schedule : 4 / 10 weekly schedule, ramping to 12 hour days / 7 days per week during pre-post Turnaround projects
- Assignment Duration : Long term, 12 months +

Responsibilities
Responsible for all aspects of his / her assigned project area throughout its life cycleResponsible for coordinating with the cost team and communicating with accounting during all phases including planning and budget development, pre-turnaround, execution, and close outCreate NAFE for upcoming TARsReceive histograms from schedulers and develop forecastCompile budgets and quotes, review and validate budgets with team, refresh budgets, check for changes, and update quotesDevelop per diem cost curvesAllocate on-going charges across open POsDevelop templates for contractor updatesFinalize cost report and curves Vendor / Contractor onboardingVerify contractor rates match billing and invoicing matches timesheetCoordinate AWR costs Coordination with accounting and reconcile to ledgerIssue daily forecasts, roster, force, and compliance reportsFinal invoicingMaintain a safe and sanitary workplaceConstantly monitor Client's planning practices and suggest improvements where necessaryAssist the Turnaround Team with all other duties assignedMaintenance assistancePotential Capital work assignmentsCoordinate ARS access for new hiresBi-weekly forecast on all open projectsWeekly reports, project controls, timesheet managementQualifications
Accounting and / or Business degree preferredToadfly ATOM / IPS experience desirable2+ years working experience in related industry2+ years of cost tracking and forecast / budget experienceProficient with Microsoft Excel and SAP requiredStrong analytical skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact and work in a team environmentHighschool diploma or GED requiredThe Bergaila Way :
