Key Responsibilities of the Cost Accountant :

Maintain and update standard or average inventory costs

Reconcile cost accounts, including GRNI

Support month-end close for inventory and COGS

Prepare cost, margin, and variance analyses

Assist with special projects and reporting alongside finance and operations teams

What You'll Need as the Cost Accountant :

3+ years of cost accounting experience (manufacturing or distribution preferred)

Strong knowledge of inventory costing and reconciliations

Experience with month-end close processes

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

ERP proficiency (SAGE a plus)
