Inbound Customer Service Representative | Fort Myers, FL | Temp-to-perm position | Monday-Friday Shifts

These are NOT REMOTE positions; must be willing to commute to the call center building in Fort Myers, FL.

The ideal candidate will have some customer service experience, such as in a retail, restaurant, or call center environment.

Schedule : Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. - 4 : 30 p.m. or 9 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 30 p.m.

Pay : $17.48 per hour (with a pay increase upon permanent hire)

We're seeking detail-oriented and organized representatives to join our team for a large healthcare provider in Lee County. The ideal candidate can multitask effectively, communicate with empathy, and actively listen to support customers.

Training Details :

• Training provided; hours are 8 : 00 a.m. - 4 : 30 p.m.
• 4-weeks of full-time, day shift training (paid at your full pay rate) before being placed on the call center floor to work independently
