Maintain GS property(s) for cleanliness and general housekeeping Landscaping : grass cutting, mulching, hedge trimming, snow removal etc. Ensure all equipment on property is in working condition Other duties as assigned At least 1 year of property maintenance experience High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to work well with people Good communication and customer service skills Ability to move throughout the property to which assigned and the ability to climb stairs Ability to life moderate to heavy objects (up to 100lbs) Must have a valid Drivers License and willing to travel within the area
Description :
Part-Time Maintenance Position
Two locations North Huntingdon, PA
1520 hours per week, with potential for additional hours in the f uture
