Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Outside Sales Representative covering Vermont & New Hampshire . Candidate must be located within or immediately outside of the assigned territory.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing business, acquisition of new business and the development of targeted growth. The chosen candidate will represent the company in a professional manner at all times using a consultative sales approach to determine needs and then provide solutions that solve the customer’s issues and generate a high rate of referral-based sales. Integrity, honesty, and a genuine caring for our clients are key attributes required of our team members.

Requirements

• MUST have at least 2-3 years of experience in HVAC and / or Plumbing sales.
• Relates easily to others, building rapport and collaborative relationships through sales calls.
• Organize and manage your time efficiently, which results in consistent productivity and customer focus.
• Strong customer service experience, and knowledge of sales techniques.
• Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
• Goal orientated with a strong desire to succeed.
• Must be a quick learner.
