Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and documentation for small to midsize projects in healthcare and education.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and staffing.
• Oversee construction documentation and ensure quality control.
• Coordinate with consultants and regulatory agencies.
• Present design concepts to clients and communities.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative studio culture.
