Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field desired.
• 3-5 years experience in Human Resources, preferably in a Manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Human Resources laws.
• Generalist experience preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Due to continued growth, we have an opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team located in Racine, WI.

Under minimal direction, the Human Resources Generalist is responsible for assisting and supporting the Director, Human Resources in all facets of human resources including staffing and recruiting, policy implementation and enforcement, employee relations, labor relations, and performance management. This position also serves as the department HRIS resource. The role requires high integrity, a strong HR knowledge base, and a proactive approach to HR issues.
