Position : Compliance Analyst
Reports to : Quality Control Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- Pull Notice of Incomplete report daily and follow up with branches.
- Cancel loans from the system; send adverse action notifications and audit and correct HMDA data.
- Order reverifications and appraisal desk and field reviews of funded loans selected for internal audit.
- Assist license department with Loan Originator licenses, city and county business licenses, and agency approvals and renewals.
- Meet department audit and reporting guidelines.
- Perform special type audits in accordance with procedures, as assigned.
- Other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum three years lending compliance or underwriting experience in the financial industry. Experience in mortgage compliance preferred.
- MS Office products - i.e Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Experience utilizing Encompass is a plus.
This is an in-office position
