West Virginia Licensed Workers Comp Adjuster

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Adjuster (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Manage the investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and disposition of assigned workers' compensation claims

Proactively oversee the case resolution process and participate in mediations within settlement authority

Communicate claim status and updates to injured workers, clients, and brokers as necessary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 3 years of workers' compensation claims handling experience

At least 2 years of experience in handling lost time claims

Workers' compensation insurance adjuster license is highly preferred

Intermediate knowledge of law and insurance regulations in various jurisdictions

Experience with reserving and adjudication of workers' compensation lost time claims
