Electromechanical Technician

Responsibilities

• Support new equipment build efforts
• Help plan and wire electrical portion of new equipment
• Assemble and troubleshoot mechanical aspects of new equipment
• Assist with installation of new equipment
• Help update existing equipment and fixtures to improve quality, functionality and safety
• Help fabricate basic fixtures and brackets for new and existing equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair existing equipment Requirements / Qualifications
• An associate degree in electro-mechanics or related technical discipline with vocational / technical     training, or equivalent experience
• Experience in reading mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams
• Experience with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
• Ability to learn and understand electro-mechanical systems and robots
• Proficient in the use of small manual and power tools
• Working knowledge of computers including Windows and Microsoft applications
• Excellent verbal communication and team skills
