Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Client Experience Managers focused on client retention and growth
Analyze and improve departmental processes to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency
Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and communicate insights to leadership for strategic decision-making
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in pharmacy operations
3+ years of direct experience with Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)
Experience in talent development and mentoring
Strong understanding of the Client Experience field
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
