Front Desk Responsibilities :
- Meet and greet patients.
- Enter computer data accurately with detail.
- Schedule patients for initial visits and follow up visits according to insurance benefits and therapist recommendation.
- Manage and maintain patient appointments while on caseload.
- File, copy, print and scan records.
- Collect cost of care for every patient.
- Maintain excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills with patients, therapists, teammates, physician offices and insurance adjusters.
- Cleans and maintains therapy / exercise equipment.
- Keeps current with laundry and maintains an adequate stock of supplies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required qualifications for this position include :
Outgoing personality.High school or equivalent.The ability to follow directions under supervision while detail-oriented multi-tasking in this fast-paced environment.Task Oriented.Professional Communication written, verbal and non verbal.Attention to DetailExecutes excellent follow up and follow thru on daily tasksShifts :
Day / Evening / Weekend (Required).
