Application Engineer - Customer Adoption

Role Description and Responsibilities

As an Adoption Industry Process Consultant within the Dassault Systèmes' Business Development HUB, you will support a revenue-driven program which will streamline and accelerate cloud solution adoption.

You will partner closely with clients, demonstrating how Dassault Systèmes' products address business needs and enhance processes. Responsibilities also include driving post-sale implementation.

Collaborating with technical and sales teams, you will showcase the value of Dassault Systemes' solutions, building customer confidence, and coordinating internal efforts.

Qualifications

B achelor's Degree in Engineering or related field

Must work out of the Dassault Systemes Waltham, MA headquarters on a hybrid schedule

3+ years' experience in Sales Engineering, R&D, Customer Support and / or Client Success

Experience with SOLIDWORKS, CATIA, ENOVIA, DELMIA or competitive products

Ability to assess customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations

Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $126,000 and $170,000 representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
