Responsibilities

Inbound Communication : Handle customer inquiries and provide helpful guidance and support.
Policy Recommendations : Create and propose insurance plans that meet each client's specific requirements.
Cross-Selling : Identify opportunities to expand client coverage and enhance their overall protection.
Client Relationship Building : Develop and maintain long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Continuous Education : Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide expert advice.
Requirements
Licensing Requirement : Active Washington State insurance license is a must.
Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly desirable.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
Client-Focused : A commitment to meeting and exceeding client expectations while delivering exceptional service.
