Job descriptionPart-time flexible schedule Opportunities for growth Supportive, multicultural team environment Generate new commercial clients through prospecting, calls, visits, and local networking Conduct on-site walk-throughs and prepare customized proposals for prospective clients Present and negotiate service contracts Follow up on company-provided leads Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships Report weekly progress and results to the Sales Manager Bilingual English–Spanish (required) Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience (preferably in cleaning services or facilities) Organized, proactive, and results-driven Basic Excel / CRM knowledge to manage leads and pipeline Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Availability to work on-site Monday–Wednesday from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM in Norristown (not remote) Base pay between $20–$25 / hour plus uncapped commissions Initial bonus for meeting goals within the first 90 days Ongoing professional training Supportive and multicultural work environment Opportunity to be part of a recognized company in PA, NJ, and DE

Millennium Building Solutions, a leading commercial and post-construction cleaning company in the region, is seeking a Bilingual Sales Representative to join our office team. This position is ideal for someone with B2B sales experience, outstanding interpersonal skills, and the drive to grow with a fast-expanding company.
