What You’ll Do : Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service. Interpret and work with blueprints to guide projects from concept to completion. Collaborate closely with our shop to develop final product solutions tailored to customer needs. Troubleshoot challenges and manage projects with precision, delivering results on time and within budget. Bring organization and structure to our dynamic team, contributing to operational excellence. What You Bring : Proven experience in commercial sales of hollow metal doors, frames, and hardware. Expertise in customer relations and troubleshooting complex challenges. Strong ability to interpret blueprints and coordinate with production teams. A proactive, hands-on approach to running projects start to finish.
