Key Responsibilities
Monitor live contact center metrics and maintain service level targets through real-time reporting
Build and manage schedules, ensuring adequate coverage across teams and handling time off requests
Compile performance reports and assist with capacity planning and analysis of key metrics
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in operations or a related role
Proficiency with spreadsheets, including formulas and pivot tables
Comfortable working with workforce management software
High adaptability and willingness to work flexible hours
Bonus points for fintech experience and familiarity with SQL
