Job descriptionThis is a base + commission position with a generous commission structure. Potential to reach 95k+. Monthly Sales Competitions. Performance Bonuses Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) Work From Home Flexibility Will provide laptop, monitors, and headset. Career Development & Growth Hands On Training Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers. Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources. Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs. Serve your local community by helping them prepare for lifes uncertainties. Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets. Provide a positive customer experience. Active Property & Casualty insurance license is required. Prior Sales Experience, minimum 1-year prior sales experience is preferred. Must be highly self-motivated. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Driven and goal-oriented individual.
