As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication to staff, patients, and visitors. Tue 06 : 30 AM - 05 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment within the healthcare location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.

Collaborate with facility staff and emergency personnel as needed to address security-related issues and maintain a cooperative atmosphere.

Assist with access control procedures by monitoring entrances, verifying identification, and / or providing guidance to visitors and staff.

Remain alert to surroundings and communicate any security-related observations or concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.

Handcuffs, pepper spray, and / or baton certification is preferred.

CPR and / or first aid certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
