About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of Sales for Real World Data and Imaging. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the commercial strategy and execution for a cutting-edge RWD and imaging platform. This pivotal role involves driving revenue growth, scaling a sales organization, and fostering long-term partnerships with top pharmaceutical and biotech companies. The Head of Sales will be expected to own and execute the go-to-market strategy, lead a high-performing sales team, and ensure strong pipeline development. A key focus will be on strategic enterprise sales, managing complex negotiations, and consistently closing multi-million-dollar deals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within healthcare, real-world data, life sciences, or related sectors, and must possess a deep understanding of RWD, imaging, and data-driven solutions for biopharma. Applicants for the Head of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in enterprise sales, with a demonstrated ability to close seven-figure contracts and scale revenue in competitive markets. A strong network within pharmaceutical and biotech companies at the executive and decision-making levels is essential. The role requires a leader with a proven ability to build, lead, and scale sales teams, particularly in high-growth or start-up environments. The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial thinker, a strategic planner, and a hands-on operator, comfortable in fast-paced settings. Responsibilities also include partnering with cross-functional teams to align customer needs with offerings and representing the company as a thought leader in the RWD and imaging data space. The position is remote, U.S.-based, and may require travel as needed.
