Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMBS is hiring a Facility Maintenance for a great client in Fairfield, OH. This position is a full-time, direct hire opportunity. FULL JOB DESCRIPTIONPRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESMonitor the water treatment facility's performance to ensure effective treatment and maintain facility's regulatory compliance.Monitor the refrigeration system and adjust maintain proper cold room and freezing tunnel temperatures with little to no supervision.Routinely inspecting electrical systems such as wiring, fixtures, and appliances utilizing basic electrical testing equipment. Troubleshooting system failures. Reviewing blueprints to understand wiring placement. Conducting maintenance repairs on old or faulty fixtures.Perform highly diversified duties to install and start up production machines and other plant equipment.Resolves all maintenance and mechanical problems promptly with minimal disruption to production schedules.Follows all lock out, tag out procedures.Performs equipment PM’sKeeps record of all work performed.Updates maintenance history logs and completes the required paperwork.Accounts for equipment used for maintenance and repair.HVAC experienceREQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma or equivalent certificationAmmonia refrigeration experience a plusAbility to trouble shoot and fix electrical issues.Possesses the skills needed to repair, maintain and trouble shoot machinery.Good verbal and written communication skillsMust be well-organized with good attention to detail.Display strong work ethic and positive attitude.Adaptable and dependable with ability to follow direction and work cooperation with others.Ability to work in fast-paced environment.Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.Ability to utilize hand / eye coordination.Capability to stand for prolonged periods of timeCommunication skills.ABOUT THE KABLE GROUPFor over 50 years, The Kable Group has been committed to connecting candidates looking for reliable work opportunities with companies in need of workforce solutions.
