As a CS, you'll be at the forefront of clinical excellence, working directly with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to craft and implement personalized behavioral treatment plans.

Your essential duties and responsibilities will include :

• Supervising and supporting our dedicated Behavior Technicians to provide invaluable feedback and direction.
• You'll be instrumental in shaping behavior analytic skills, ensuring the highest quality of service delivery while fostering an environment of continuous growth and development.

But it doesn't stop there. As a CS, you'll be the linchpin in maintaining compliance, fostering effective communication with parents, and collaborating seamlessly with funding sources.

Your passion for excellence will shine through as you conduct assessments, facilitate parent training, and champion best practices within our organization.

Applicant requirements include :

• A Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavior analytic services. Alternatively, if you're currently enrolled in a graduate program with a thirst for knowledge and at least 1 year of ABA experience, we want to hear from you.

Plus, with a suite of preferred qualifications ranging from administering behavioral assessments to designing instructional programs, there's ample opportunity to showcase your skills and expertise.
